Is it still Bubba'd if you use all SKS parts?

I'd call it an original configiuration build or possibly a restoration.
Or if the parts are from different national variants, maybe an Ed Gein-er. :)

Got any photos?

I just thought a perfect idea for a sling...
100% leather, of course.
I would say it all depends on what you started out with.
- If it was as-imported, all the parts matched and were period correct then yes you bubba'd it but could still return it to it's natural state.
- If it was previously partially bubba'd (stock swap, receiver cover scope mount, magazine, etc.) and you replaced those incorrect parts with a mismatched correct part, I would agree with Boris and say you restored it. Even though restored, the original parts are lost forever, so it technically always will remain bubba'd.
- If it was previously fully bubba'd (someone went full retard and cut, welded, drilled, etc. major portions of barrel, receiver etc.) then no amount of period correct hardware is going to make much of a difference. Enjoy what bubba hath wrought. thumb1
I agree with most of what RM said.
All factory SKS parts would not mean bubba'd too me. It would simply be a mismatched SKS rifle.
Bubba'd means original parts were swapped out for something that is not right, plain dumb or inappropriate. I think 30/40 rd tapco mag, scope mount & big scope, welded on muzzle brake and plastic stock. Trying to make it "tacticool" or whatever term is used. These changes can't be undone since the original parts are gone or the rifle was permanently modified.
Just my opinion though....
Unless your name is Bubba...then anything you do to it would be "Bubba'd"

To me.. the first two are the best options..
#1 is the best of those two.. that's a true incognito drag queen bubba. a normal SKS by day..by night it can try to become a super secret tackyKool operator rifle
#2.. if no one was told.. it's just a mismatchy rifle..they happen. but, kinda the same as above.. however, experienced owners get that red flag and can smell somethings a tad off, depending on wear and other tells...
And ol #3..... you never go full retard....never.. just don't.... thats when beer, ol #7 or meth was involved, Blackhawk Down, 13 Hours of Benghazi, Lone Survivor and Red Dawn were all binge watched and things got serious, things happened, that now really cant be undone. you could throw all the money and factory pieces you want at it.. but in the end... thou just cant polish a turd.
There is also a "mutt" which is a complete rifle made of different countries' original parts...
